Khách sạn Towson

"Upon checking out, I was charged an improper safe use fee, and I never received my incidental deposit back. I reached out to the hotel and they were hostile and not willing to help. The front desk said they would email me a receipt , but never did. A terrible experience."

"Great stay! Would stay again absolutely!"

"The room was very clean, very spacious, close to all amenities, we will definitely book again."

"When In Baltimore I always stay there. Home away from home."

"The staff was great!! They were pleasant and helpful and allowed me to check in early when I called. The hotel needs a serious facelift/remodel. We got a “corner pocket” room which felt cramped more than anything. Staff 10/10…. Hotel its self… 1/10….."

"The hotel was in a good location. It was clean, the staff were pleasant, and most of all, my little one enjoyed the pool, which was warm even late at night. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Room was okay outdated room, room to small set up was not meant for king bed. Tv would scramble each time you watch something. The ironing board collapsed each time tried to stand it up to iron. Wallpaper was peeling in seems. Bathroom cracks in tile and walls in entry way. Was not a well done room as explained on the television that was on when I entered the room. Check out seamless and the young man was very kind and welcoming. And noise in back of the building was annoying to sleep."

"I actually liked the hotel. What I didn't like was the fact that you have to cross a busy traffic circle to get to and from the parking lot. I seems like the parking was an after thought. Otherwise, not bad, comfortable bed and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby."

"EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, I love housekeeping come by even during the stay and clean the property WAS AMAZINGLY CLEAN and quiet."

"The hotel was fine, but the shower never got hot. Cold showers both days..."

"I loved my room, spacious and clean. Disappointed in staff. Little info or service. Wanted just coffee and I was told it was suiting out from yesterday. No info provided on hotel, breakfast or elevator use upon check-in. Self parking expensive."
