"Exceptionally clean and comfy room, fresh bedding and towels available. Perfect location on the river, by the train station with just a 5 minute walk to the city centre. We stayed in room 1 and had a lovely view of the river on the morning, hotel was quiet, warm and comfortable. Martyn assisted with great communication telling us everything we needed to know prior to getting to the guest house, check in and check out was simple and easy. "I was greeted very politely by a very busy member of staff. Service was a little slow but only because it is clearer a popular venue for locals as well as travellers. My room 14 was very comfortable and clean. There is a damp patch on the ceiling outside the ensuite door. Unfortunately i did not see any staff to show them as i left. A very convenient place to stay right in the centre of the lovely market town. "
