"Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. "The property is surrounded by lush greenery with a large pool that creates a relaxed, stress free enviornment. The beach is less than a 5 min walk - white sand and crystal blue water. Old Fort Bay is AMAZING to say the least. However the villa is in need of a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning. There was a bug issue in the kitchen. "

The fabric litterly was falling off of the box springs.No tea and coffee maker..as promised the tub would not drain properly, the was were dirty... But I had fun...

"The location of this property is great for easy access to local areas in the Hipstrip and access to private beaches. The space was functional but just very run-down. It needed a thorough cleaning and fresh paint and tile repair. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was superb."

I was then sent to a different property that was far below the standard of what I had originally paid for. Due to the unacceptable conditions, I chose to check out early and did not stay.
