If you’re staying there for the spa treatments, you should confirm availability before booking a room, they seem to have pretty limited slots which is disappointing for anyone planning to relax and complete escape from city buzz."

"The staff were friendly but the room was very poor. It was very dated, small and in need of a huge renovation. The carpet was dirty and there were lots of marks or the furniture and walls. It was clean on the surface but I don’t think it had been deep cleaned for some time. The amenities were also poor."

"Good hotel, definitely need a car. Rooms are nice, ours was a little warm, unsure if air-conditioning was available. We were very fortunate and had a free upgrade - big room, clean, good bathroom also clean. Bar and restaurant are both nice - food at both is very good - although drinks prices are a tad high. Restaurant is a bit under staffed at breakfast, if busy getting a clear table can be a challenge. But all staff are really friendly and helpful. We also used the spa - the lounge is lovely and the pool and sauna are also both good."
