"We had a lovely one-night stay at House 41 while visiting Aylesbury Theatre. The room was spotless, warm and welcoming, making it a lovely place to relax after our evening out. "Breakfast was a good bonus. Good quality food and coffee. Bed was not great and had very little sleep. Springs in the bed were loud too every time you moved. Couch and foot rest were nice. Bathroom tiles need a good clean, dirty around edges.TV would not turn off using remote so had to unplug. Carpet stains on corridors and my room. For £92 with parking £12 (included in the £92) and with breakfast it was probably ok value for a Friday night in Luton. Staff at front desk helpful and friendly....
