The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and as expected. We were driving home from Florida and so were happy breakfast was open at 6:30am. For a hotel of this type, it was probably the best breakfast I have ever had. Good job Holiday Inn in Waterville!

Check in was a nightmare. Key machine did not work and it took over an hour to get in to a room where the key only worked once. After finally getting in I was assigned a different room as we couldn’t get the key to work.
