"Room was small but clean. I was disappointed that housekeeping was only provided every two days. Compared to other hotels at a similar price point, the overall value didn’t feel as strong. "Very convenient location for Tsukiji market shopping and dining. Room was small, but efficiently arranged. Great to have laundry in room. Check in was very quick but pre check in process was very time consuming because of the ridiculous way of entering dates using calendars rather than entertaining year, month, and day separately. Staff was fantastic, holding our bags after early arrival and placing bags in room after check in time. Highly recommend this property."

"Really great hotel. Excellent location, walkable to tons of dining options, supermarkets and shopping. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is wonderful and pleasant to deal with. What we loved was hotel’s snack area (open until 10pm). They always had little snacks that guests could enjoy, ranging from coffee/tea to yoghurt and baked goodies. I especially like that the shower and faucet and toilet are all separate so it’s easy for everyone to get ready. Mimaru brand is not cheap, but for family it is a great property for the money "

"Wow, amazing budget hotel. Extremely clean and they provided slippers and shoes to take your outside shoes on and off. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and nice, they spoke English. The room had amazing amenities, laundry, sink, microwave, electric kettle. Just incredible! And spacious for a Japanese hotel. In the lobby, they had free ice and water for their guests. The location was also unbeatable, literally on the street of Tsukiji market so you can start your travels off...
