"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The customer service was among the worst I have experienced. Several staff members were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to guest concerns. Whenever I tried to explain an issue, I felt that I was immediately dismissed and even accused of being dishonest rather than being treated with respect and professionalism. What was most frustrating were the numerous unexpected charges. Guests should be aware that calling reception by dialing “0”...

"We were warmly welcomed by Sophia who was excellent in handling our check-in. We checked in bit late but nevertheless she was very helpful in giving us our keys very fast and guiding us to our room. We spent a very nice evening at their bar, ordered some food and then went to sleep. The room was excellent and is very spacious and the bathroom was very clean. "The location is great. But the rooms have nothing to help the stay be a bit comfortable. There is no tea pot or coffee on the premises that we could see, so you have to go out to get a cup of tea, etc. It would be so nice to have tea! ' The breakfast is just fine!"

"No A/C and it was too warm. So many steps getting to the hotel. Given a view of the street - not what I booked. Front desk isn't staffed after about 11 pm. Fire dept pounded on our door down at 11:30pm because of the steam from our shower, cold water tap didn't work, and hot water was scalding hot. There was no audible alarm, and no peep hole on door to see who was pounding on the door. Thought it was a prowler trying to get us to open the door. Would not stay there."
