"I enjoyed my stay but on one ovation we called down to reception to ask for cutlery that was never received and there was no ladies kit providing sanitary towels in the room I had to wait at reception for 20 minutes to make sure I was handed it personally so a mix up didn’t occur again and I found the room to be cold I would turn the temperature up every evening but still found myself shivering other than that I like the spa and the room was always clean which was lovely"

"The air condition has not been updated in years. The hotel rooms were renovated but the ventilation system is terrible. We changed rooms 3 times and the last room while cool the fan made noise all night. We had two rooms. My son’s room they could not sleep for the heat in the room. The hotel only changed us the third time after I contacted Expedia. Food was ok but nothing special. Would not recommend this hotel unless you like very hot rooms with little around the hotel.
