"Wow! I was wo happy when I arrived at the Watch Tree after the long drive! It was pristine and had those lovely touches and attention to detail so you felt Steve and Jayne really love the place and want you to relax, which i did! "Our recent stay in this lovely, stylish house was extremely enjoyable. The house had everything we needed for our stay and for a family of five. There are four bedrooms, two singles (on on ground floor and one on second floor) plus a king sized bedroom on second floor and a nice double on the first floor. "Green hill cottage is located on A590 dual carriageway, just 1 miles away from main village. Very beautiful place and spot on Clean all the cutlery is available in good condition amazing views from all windows and garden. Very friendly staff. Very nice nature and animals around in areas. "Highly recommend staying here in the woodland cabins. We had a 3 night stay here with our dog and it was great. The cabin is comfortable and comes with all amenities needed, as well as a hot tub to relax after long walks around the Lake District. It’s located close to a trail which runs all the way to Lakeside on Lake Windermere. From here you can get boat trips and ferries to most places. Breakfast was standard full English, with cereals, pastries and tea / coffee. This was ok and self serve. We ate in the restaurant also and the food menu for dinner was very good, serving nice local sourced food which we enjoyed. Staff were friendly and helpful with requests. We would stay again for definite!"

"Big clean room, comfy bed and the bathroom was a great size with good shower. Breakfast was lovely but you do not have a choice to make amendments to your order (eg add bacon/ egg etc if not already included) Very helpful staff when we called to help in advance of our stay. Would go back! "

"Hi, I had a spacious room, fab complimentary supplies, nice style of bathroom, plenty of space to put my belongings if I'd had more with me, there would have been plenty of room.
