"This place doesnt have the best reviews but honestly the staff are real humans nice locals the bathroom and bed wss super clean . Its a rustic and old school hotel but for the price and location you cant go wrong . I would book again for sure . One thing i would mention if you book through a 3rd party the price does not include a resort fee per day which you will have to pay at check in . I was told to book through them direct next time ."

"Location is great if you want to explore most of manhattan. No sense of security issues. Main issue was how thin the walls were and the sheets. You can hear every syllable your neighbors say. Also the sheets are a tad bit thin especially if traveling in colder months. Good value for the location "

"This is for the traveler who wants to be walking distance to broadway/Times Square action. The room is small, clean, and very basic but very comfortable for a night’s sleep. Food and entertainment choices are plenty outside your door. Coffee and filtered water are available on the basement and 2nd level lounge. No elevator so not recommended for those with mobility issues."

"The room is nice, the location is convenient and the staff were friendly…. But this hotel has zero amenities. No room service, couldn’t even have a simple coffee maker in the room. I had to get coffee from the restaurant down stairs for a charge. When I initially asked if there was room service, they said no because it’s a “modern concept hotel”??? In what world does modern mean lacking in services? Also, this place charges you an extra $200CAD fee once you arrive….. thats an entire extra...
