"Clean rooms and helpful staff."

"The room and bathroom were very small. The bathroom door could use a simple hook and a larger towel rack, there was no room to hang a towel or robe. The breakfast was very simple."

"The lodge was in the mountains about a mile from Ben Lomond. They had several options for eating and drinking, just not in the same location. Restaurant staff were very friendly & helpful. We had a coffee machine but no cups- it was easier & tastier to just buy their coffee. The WiFi information was non existent, even though they gave a log in code we never got connection. That’s not always a bad thing but good to share with others."

"The WiFi is a disaster. There’s no microwave in the room. The theme at the restaurant is “no”. Do you have draft beer? “No.” Can I order pizza in the restaurant? “No.” Can I order the salmon? “No.” There’s no iron or ironing board in the room but the staff helped to find an iron for us. The lawn games are fun when it’s not raining. The pool was nice and warm."

"The room was clean, perfect for a few day trip. Possibly the best shower I have ever experienced in a hotel (10/10 water pressure). The air conditioner was a bit loud but kept the room cool. Breakfast at the restaurant was great. Dinner at the powder house lodge was overhyped, would skip if I went back."

"Here’s what we liked: If we were just reviewing BERKSHIRES UNTOLD based on the staff, we’d be giving it a 5. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and gracious. When we asked for extra towels and requested a room change, they accommodated those requests immediately. After we switched rooms they checked to see if we were happier. This is exactly the kind of service you want in a hotel or inn. Other good things - The bed was comfortable and there was enough counter space in the bathroom...

"Thought we were getting a cabin as advertised but got a crummy second floor walk up. Blinds wouldn’t close and curtains did not cover whole window letting the light from the LED sign shine in all night. Big disappointment seeing the nice cabins but getting stuck in this room"

"My room is not heating since the main door entry is not properly covered when we locked the door. There are some open spaces from front door where the cold weather is getting inside the room. Water heater is not heating... overall my family had a bad experience in Tagwotee lodge cabins."

"The rooms are more than clean, average size, but the outdoor amenities are great! The coffee shop is wonderful and some nights they have live music."

"Great location to Yellowstone and quiet little town of Silver Gate. Lodge is very dated and old, but rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful"
