"Great little hotel creative use of games and activities in public spaces inside and out. Even a rain garden. Room was clean. Appreciate the AC unit that allows temp adjustment. Bathroom recently updated and super clean. Staff helpful and seemed proud of facility. Good value for price. We're an older couple and still felt safe in this neighborhood. Great options for dining in area. Try one of the Hispanic ones."

"Spacious and clean room with thin walls. Comfortable bed. Mini fridge, microwave, iron and board, blowdryer - these are in the room. Free toiletries. Helpful staff. Efficient check in / out. Hotel provides complimentary breakfast in which I'd partake. It is edible. It consists of eggs, sausages, biscuits, potatoes, pancakes, pastries, fruits, coffee, tea. The kitchen and the surrounding areas are kept clean. There is a soda machine by the dining area. The onsite restaurant is not opened throughout the day. I believe it closes at 7pm. However, if you're hungry, the restaurant 'Fridays' is just a few steps away. There's also a small area in the hotel where snacks are displayed. Hotel has a small gym, pool business area. I didn't get the chance to utilize them. Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. I would recommend."

"In town for the Chris Brown and Usher concert girls weekend! The front desk was very friendly and informational! The manager was amazing and friendly and addressed concerns by walking around asking was everything OK! Definitely my place to stay when in Charlotte"
