"Stayed one night. Were shown to our room and explained clearly how to access out of hours. Clean and functional room with all you need for one night. Very quiet overnight, just a bit of noise in the morning as the stall holders started setting up. Comfy bed, good shower. 2 minutes walk from the Thames clippers. Will happily stay again. "
"Great property. Nice rooms and bathroom. Clean and great location. Easy access to shops, restaurants and train station. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Phenomenal staff! They really took care of our family during our 8 night stay. In nearly every way they were simply amazing! We easily caught the trains nearby and had an overabundance of food and shopping choices"
"Loved the location of this hotel right next to so many transport options with the DLR and the Elizabeth line, the room was big and had a wonderful king size bed and the breakfast gave you so much choice "
"The property was clean and well furnished with utensils and crockery.
Location was great
Access was easy and the agents were quick to respond
There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided tea and coffee was not provided.
I’ve stayed in many places similar to this and there has been this provided.
This is my only criticism "
"We had a lovely stay on the night of a concert at the o2. Was easy to get to via public transport and ubers. Shop, cafe and restaurant opposite and next to hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly too!"
