"Beautiful pool. Expect it to be pricey it is Hawaii! Seafood buffet was a good experience in the hotel. But be aware for resorts here there is a $45 daily hidden fee they dont tell you about. Besides that the Prince Waikiki gets a 4/5 from me."

"The house keeping didnt even do regular check ins like other hotels ive stayed at. No replacement of towels, I asked them and they guy said "go get towels yourself" they also didn't even take our trash, when we first checked in there was still trash IN THE BIN. One upside is that they didn't rush me out on my last day. The girl at the front desk was also very nice."

By the way, no apologies from the management team and front office personnel concerning Sundays evacuations of our room due to a smoke issue. How rude? Disappointed with staff and again no apologies from hotel staff. Be careful staying at this property due to poor customer service."
