"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No reliable wi-fi, old musty rooms with disgusting bathrooms. Extremely unhelpful staff and management. Customer services and hotel management are really lacking."

"The apartments are very central which is great. You have to collect the key from another location up round the corner which isn’t ideal. The apartment was nice, bright & well equipped. The only downside was the bathroom reeked of damp, we think it was the bath mat but it filled the whole room with a very strong damp smell. Overall though we would stay here again, just hopefully they’d have a different bathmat which doesn’t smell."
