Holes in the wall, dirt everywhere and the sheets and pillow cases had stains and holes. Looked like burn holes! I went to front desk because the phone didn't work. She told me they had no housekeeping. Which was obvious! We left. I fought to get my money back. Luckily I bought the insurance. I will never...

"The breakfasts and happy hours are consistently of good quality. Our room was clean and comfortable, but very small. We had trouble finding space to allow both of our suitcases to be open and accessible at the same time. Our room, which was on the second floor near ice and elevator, was very noisy in the evenings and into the night. Staff was friendly and service was impeccable in restaurant."

"The valet attendants were fantastic; helpful & friendly. As a solo, female, traveling I always felt safe coming and go from the hotel. The doors lock at 10pm and require a room key for entry. The desk attendants were very friendly, always had a hello/good morning/evening. The room was small, but stunning! I chose the hotel for the aesthetics and they did not disappoint! I would absolutely stay again."
