"This was one of the worst places I have ever ALMOST stayed at. I left after looking at 2 rooms. Absolutely disgusting! Both rooms were not cleaned. Hair and stains all over the toilet. Holes in the wall, dirt everywhere and the sheets and pillow cases had stains and holes. Looked like burn holes! I went to front desk because the phone didn't work. She told me they had no housekeeping. Which was obvious! We left. I fought to get my money back. Luckily I bought the insurance. I will never...

"The breakfasts and happy hours are consistently of good quality. Our room was clean and comfortable, but very small. We had trouble finding space to allow both of our suitcases to be open and accessible at the same time. Our room, which was on the second floor near ice and elevator, was very noisy in the evenings and into the night. Staff was friendly and service was impeccable in restaurant."

"The valet attendants were fantastic; helpful & friendly. As a solo, female, traveling I always felt safe coming and go from the hotel. The doors lock at 10pm and require a room key for entry. The desk attendants were very friendly, always had a hello/good morning/evening. The room was small, but stunning! I chose the hotel for the aesthetics and they did not disappoint! I would absolutely stay again."

"Location was good and parking was convenient, while expensive. But the bathroom had a strong sour smell, like wet towels left too long in the washing machine. What I wish the hotel would have told me, though, was that a marathon’s starting/finish line would be literally outside my window. Equipment and sound checks began at 4 am and continued until the marathon itself, with thousands of runners, joined the noise. We got no sleep but couldn’t even leave in the AM because of road closures. I feel...

"We have stayed at this hotel a few times. The last trip to Cleveland, we were lucky enough to meet Chuck the bartender. We had amazing conversations with him and spoke about him on our way out to Cleveland this year. We were so excited that to see that he was working the first night we got in (and it was the only night he was working while we were in town). "Good for an overnight stay but the room that we booked on Expedia was unavailable when we can to check in. The room itself was ok but we only I had one towel. The halls however were filled with garbage and used towels and blankets and it smelled heavily of chlorine."
