The Renwick17,4 km từ Upper Roseville
9.0 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (2.817 nhận xét)
"It’s been a long time since I’ve visited New York, so maybe my expectations were unrealistic. The Renwick is exceptionally close to GCS, so it made getting on the subway and Metro North easy. This hotel also offered additional services that I was happy to pay for since the stay would better accommodate my schedule.
However, nothing about the stay really gave 4-star vibes. Luckily, I only needed the room to sleep and shower in, but I would hesitate to spend any additional time in it.

"Great location and staff very friendly.
The beds and pillows were some of the MOST COMFORTABLE I’ve had at any hotel which was a welcomed surprise.
The hotel itself is in desperate need of A LOT small repairs. Part of ceiling in elevator missing, toilet holder and towel holder in room loose/falling off. Buttons on elevator not lighting up. Paper taped over floor number in elevator. Peeling wallpaper. Etc."

9.0 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (1.235 nhận xét)
"The location was good, but to get a cab you should definitely be able to walk to one of the more accessible streets nearby. The room size was awesome especially in NYC. One of the largest rooms we have booked in years. You are very close to a lot of financial district attractions. Short walk to 9/11 memorial and museum, the Occulus, Battery Park and such. Cab rides to midtown are about $40, but if you’re ok with the subway, stations are very close. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful and...

"Room is small, but that’s expected for NY hotels. Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean and modern, and the free breakfast was great— French toast was delicious. I would definitely stay there again, as it’s in a great location nearby Penn Station and a few blocks from Times Square."

"We really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel, especially the rooftop bar! The rooftop staff were wonderful, friendly, and provided great service. We also enjoyed the second-floor bar, which had a great atmosphere, although the service there could be a little inconsistent depending on who was working.
Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk was disappointing. My husband experienced several interactions with the male staff members where they came across as rude and dismissive...

"Lovely hotel in a beautiful Upper Westside neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable, nice beds, linens, beautiful bathroom, great housekeeping. My favorite part of our stay was the staff - from the front door, front desk, bellman, housekeeping, everyone was lovely and kind. Great location to get on the subway, taxis, many great restaurants close by, shopping, and on a beautiful street!"
