Jedoch sind die Zimmer schon sehr klein - zu zweit ist es ziemlich eng - und extrem hellhörig. Leider ist zwischen Bad und Zimmer auch nur eine Schiebetür die nicht vollständig schliesst. Zum Frühstück gibt es Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und süsse Teilchen. Es sind auch mehrere sehr gute Cafes in der Umgebung mit tollen Frühstücksangeboten."

"Check in staff was not interested, pointed to the lift but gave no instructions to get to room.
Under beds had not been cleaned for some time!
No instructions for coffee maker.
Lady at checkout was much more friendly and helpful, and if you don't mind the lack of vacuuming and going elsewhere for coffee, it's a great location and cheap."

"Great for 1-2 people who aren't spending a lot of time in their room. Conveniently located near Port Authority and the theatre district. Easy check in and check out. Staff are friendly. I was able to get an early check in. No real amenities (no microwave, fridge, iron, coffee maker). I would stay here again."

"The staff is unbelievably rude. If you want to leave your bags for before check in and when you check out they charge per each bag. If you forget something in the bag and need it again it’s another fee for the bag. The staff made the experience terrible so unfriendly very unhelpful. The hotel is a scam will try to make money in any way they can. Will never come back to this hotel so not worth it."

"La habitación estaba limpia así como el hotel, diario limpiaron la habitación; buena ubicación si quieres estar cerca de time square y la entrada del metro a unos metros.
El único detalle fue la falta de personal en front desk, había mucha gente para hacer check in y solo una persona haciéndolo, no podíamos conectar al wifi y tampoco había concierge para ayudarnos."

Quiet at night
Clean rooms & bathrooms, staff was nice & helpful.
Only downside would be the wait for the elevators, longest I’ve had to wait was 5-10 minutes."
