"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Irène a été très accueillante, et ses explications étaient très claires. Le logement est plus que bien situé, il a été facile de se garer. Le logement était très bien aménagé, mention spéciale pour la salle de bain. La vue est réellement incroyable. La petite cuisine aménagée est très fonctionnelle si on veut éviter le restaurant. La collaboration avec le café pour le petit déjeuner le matin est très pratique. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir la cuisine et...

"The room was good, comfortable bed, modern bath. Location couldn’t be better in the historic center. Our check in was the worst I’ve ever encountered in traveling. We were assigned a room only to find it occupied. We were reassigned a room which had been assigned to another couple who arrived after us. We were then reassigned another room. 5 minutes later, we were assigned back to the second room. I had booked a superior room. After all of this, we did not have a superior room and when I...

"The hotel is right in the middle of the city center close to all the sights and rooms are spacious and nice"

"Testata letto in pelle si sbriciola, da sostituire. Bagno troppo piccolo. Camera silenziosa"

"Hotel 15 min walk from city centre 30 min to train station Big room basic breakfast included Communication was not good rooms only have towels swapped every 2 days but room is not cleaned at the same time Had to ask on third day for new towels hotel desk not manned during the day or night have to communicate through WhatsApp Great place for a few days"

"Beautiful room and excellent location!! The staff was so friendly too!"

"Great location on an open piazza. Staff was very kind, even got our room quickly ready for us when we ended up arriving 2 hours early. Everything was clean and they had a water fountain, espresso machine and biscuits for guest 24/7. Free WiFi that worked very well. A bit of a long walk to the train station with heavy bags but the property was great."

"I was only there for one night but it was great. I felt safe and the place was very clean. I only saw one member of the staff and he was very kind."

"Great location with easy access to train station and Florence. The breakfast was well appointed and included meats, breads and fruits. Our room was spacious and quiet with elevator access."

"Great location - literally in the centre of Florence! Very comprehensive instructions provided re check in and location. Daily housekeeping was also appreciated. We had a family room overlooking the street and it was quite noisy at times. The beds also weren’t very comfortable - some of the mattresses could do with replacing. Some minor maintenance issues were also noticed (e.g bathroom door sticking)."
