"The staff are just wonderful. They are kind and helpful. Even when things are simply chaotic, because, for example, there is only one small van as a shuttle to and from the airport, the driver tried to do his best to please all the clients, who were no easy and not nice, as they had been stranded by the airline (not the hotel's fault at all). "The hotel was as expected for the price. Fair quality and clean. Staff in the breakfast area was very rude on multiple occasions. As a hotel guest and then paying $17 for the breakfast buffet, I felt very unwelcome and almost an inconvenience just for being there. Front desk staff was friendly. "
