"Stayed for the 1 night as a needed to get away from stress and work. Check in was quick and easy, staff explained services like parking, restaurant and access to room very well. Lift was out of order which for someone who works in hospitality, can relate to how frustrating that can be. Room was big and spacious, handy with an 8 year old with a lot of energy, Restaurant was nice, good selection of food, and for price too, only criticism would be was warm, due to lack of air conditioning, which again might be technical fault, which can't fault the staff or food quality. Checking out was straight forward too so was a very good night away."

"I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Its proximity to the train station was appealing to me, but I liked the location for many other reasons as well — close to shopping, restaurants and sights while still being quiet. The staff was excellent and the spa a wonderful indulgence. I was in a suite and loved the huge sofa to relax in!"

"I had a great stay at this hotel for the night. Very clean, comfortable beds. Clean shower. Could connect to the TV to watch the likes of YouTube or watch normal channels. Room service, although I didn't use this. A lovely restaurant with lovely food..and the staff were fantastic. Even checked me in an hour early. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and I highly recommend booking."

"Cheap and cheerful a nice clean space to rest my head. The outside could do with a spruce up but for what we paid and how close it is to the train station for Cardiff I have no complaints! Will definitely stay again when attending a concert in Cardiff. Staff were really nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect! Nice big towels too. For the Gavin and Stacey fans Gwens house is only 0.3 miles away so a great place to start if you’re site spotting 😊"
