"I loved this hotel. It was everything you want: quiet, clean, attractive and it’s in the absolute best neighborhood. Everything is nearby. The Guggenheim is 15 minutes walk away. There ’s a subway station half block away, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms are very well appointed. Fabulous shower. Check in and checkout fast and simple with very nice people. The park across the street is gorgeous. I suggest you spend an hour just sitting on a park bench. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel."

"A lovely, modern 4 star hotel just a short 2 min walk along from Bilbao’s Guggenheim. Welcoming and helpful staff. We booked a suite on the 8th floor (I think it’s the highest category room) which was well equipped with a bath, separate shower and good aircon. We appreciated the Molton Brown products in the bathroom. There was a relaxing and stylish honesty bar on the ground floor. We didn’t have time to try the breakfast. A range of restaurants and shops are located on the blocks behind and to the side of the hotel, and the old town is maybe around a 25 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was in a very convenient area. The room was fairly large. It was a little noisy at night, but we were right in the middle of the city. There were many places to eat and drink around it and the room was very clean. The housekeeping staff was excellent and the front desk staff was also excellent in particular. I wish I had his name but a man who I think is from Barcelona was so very helpful."
