"Hotel decor is outdated. We were not told that the service provided depended on occupancy. We had no access to lunch, tea, coffee or drinks. The restaurant was closed for lunch and the bar closed in the evening. The outdoor pool was not filled so the photo is misleading. The indoor pool was however available. We were told to go the nearby gold club restaurant for lunch. The meal was appalling - everything from a jar, can or pre-packaged. The
