"I didn’t like the bathroom because the toilet wasn’t well maintenance. It was hard to use the restroom. I didn’t like that there wasn’t enough lights to turn on once it got dark in the hotel room I couldn’t turn all the lights on. Lastly, I definitely didn’t like that there were bugs in my hotel room, such as spiders. This hotel wasn’t a great experience."

"Old hotel staff were not helpful 1st room AC was not working and front desk stated they had no other rooms Sent maintenance who had no clue they then found another room to move us to then the key cards would not work I had to go back to the desk two times. Only 1 elevator working. No ice machines working Poor stay"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. On the first night we stayed only one elevator worked and we had a long wait to even be able to get to our rooms. The laundry room was inaccessible. On the way home a week later, our second stay there the elevator STILL didn’t work. Luckily the staff person Dante was incredibly kind and gave us a first floor room!!! For the money I would probably find somewhere else to stay."

"Rooms were dirty, Toilet had to take the lid off to flush and pull chain by hand. Towels were dingy and didn't smell like they were bleached. Shower curtain was filthy w mold. The wall moulding was filthy and falling off with cobwebs and huge gouges in wall. Lamps had dust fuzz. Pool was inoperable and no filter running, w stagnant water that needed shock and chlorine. Breakfast bar had no sugar, milk, eggs, and the desk lady checking people in was expected to restock the food for breakfast so an inordinate amount of time was needed and lines went nowhere due to no food prepared. Milk was spilled on the floor and just left to sit. Bugs on floor and juice machine didn't work on one side. I've stayed in impoverished countries abroad and this place is disgusting. I asked to be transferred or a refund and no compensation or transfer to the other LaQuintas in Amarillo. I have pictures and Jay the desk manager and Laquinta cust service refused help. I called Amarillo city inspectors over pools and inspections and let them know the pool wax like dirty toilet water w no chemicals at proper levels and unsafe to swim in and super cloudy and milky looking. It was so bad I left a day early and will never stay at LaQuinta again and Jay at the front desk was rude and was like tough luck, deal w it so I am. They offered services but made no effort to have adequate staff. Even soap dispensers for showers empty. Don't ever go."

"Unkempt lobby with old tattered furniture; moldy smell & dirty throughout hotel; dirty carpets; wife could not sleep comfortably due to the place being so bad; breakfast was okay with the exception of a half working toaster; it was not worth the money spent…sorry"

"The sheets and blankets had so many stains on them, our door wouldn’t completely close. There were bugs inside the room, the ac unit was off so it took awhile to cool down the room. I wouldn’t stay here again"
