"Absolutely amazing hotel in a great location. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. They helped us with transportation from airport to the hotel. Rooms were nice and big and modern. Could t have asked for a better place to stay :)"

"I guess i didn't do my research for the property very well before arriving. My reservation was a little misleading and I thought we could park at the hotel and when I called them the person I spoke to was not very helpful in explaining that if I was driving I would have to park near the bus station and walk to the hotel. It took us 3 hours of driving in circles until I finally googled the information and parked in a garage that was ridiculously expensive 45Euros per day. They told me at the...

"We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Monte Carlo, and had to make multiple reservations due to airline cancellations (on UA’s part). We fortunately booked the last room for one night, which was smaller than the other nights’ stay and were concerned we would have to change rooms and pay more—yet, thanks to the very accommodating staff, neither occurred. Additionally, the helpful staff arranged for a private taxi to the port of Fusina to embark on our Viking cruise. The transport was convenient, quick,...

"Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful, Rooftop terrace bar is brilliant with a great view of the grand canal and rialto bridge."

"Todo bien, había algo de polvo en ciertos lugares pero en su mayoría todo excelente!"

"Don't plan on coffee in the restaurant if you have to leave before 6am. There is a vending machine supposedly, that no one mentioned. Water taxi is the way to get in & out of the city."

"The staff, location, and overall stay were exceptional! The hotel was very clean, with spacious rooms and large bathrooms. They even provided complimentary water and sparkling wine, which was a lovely touch. The surrounding area was beautiful, and all the major tourist attractions were within walking distance. Breakfast was also included and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended! We would definitely...

"Excelente todo; la habitación, la ubicación y el desayuno . El personal demasiado amable."

"This is a lovely hotel in an upscale neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and well-maintained. We loved meeting with the server there each morning! He was gracious and accommodating. Staying there was a very good experience! Would stay there again if traveling to Florence!"

"Nice room with the canal view, staff were all nice and very helpful & caring. Excellent continental breakfast with lots of choices. Sergio, Giovanni, Rene and Dan are friendly and helpful!"

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was included and it was such a great variety of food and drinks. The cleaning staff missed a few things in our room. When the front desk was made aware they apologized and had the room recleaned."
