Terrible communication with owner. She claims to speak English, but doesn't answer your question/request because she doesn't understand you. NO PARKING possible at all! You have to walk over a very very long distance with all your suitcases. Parking is a nightmare, because there are not enough parking ...

The room was spotless, bed amazing room spacious huge, linen luxury and the restaurant 5 star. The staff is fantastic truly bilingual- check in staff English was excellent!! The rest of staff outstanding always goes out of there way. Must stay if your in Mian

Verbania was a pleasant experience although not the best town around lake maggiore, Stresa to the south and Locarno to the north are very pretty, The roads leading to Locarno can be tricky to drive, Over all a nice part of Italy.
