"I loved the location. Pictures are true to what the space looks like. At first they gave us a room on the second floor on the street and I asked to change, but they said there was no other option at the time. When we got to the room, there was an old dental floss pic on the floor and crumbs next to the bed so I asked to change the room and they did. "This is an underrated room for sure. The room had cool and relaxing vibes. Granted, the location is in an area that’s still being constructed in, but this hotel is beautiful in the inside. What’s a huge plus for me is the gym, they got everything you need. I enjoyed how the hotel offers a bar/lunch/dinner area and it was an area I enjoyed being in. The staff were super friendly and helpful when needed."

"Pros: staff was kind and bagels and coffee in the morning were nice since you pay the $30 fee at the property. Clean. I thought the room was an ok size for NYC. Cons: my AC unit was very loud and the sheets were very starched/scratchy so it was difficult to get a good night of sleep."

"This is my first time staying at this location. I usually prefer another hotel chain. No complaints, solid choice. Customer service is the main reason why I’ll be returning in a couple of weeks."

"Room was clean and bright. Nice views. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Amenities such as free American Museum of Natural History Museum was a nice touch. Convenient to multiple subways, grocery stores, and restaurants as well as Times Square. Free breakfast is also very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again."
