"Very happy with this stay. Lovely apartment in good area. Plenty of restaurants close by along the canals. Tram easy into Central Milan or walk for 25 minutes or so. Good support from company. Felt like somebody available to help via WhatsApp or phone whenever needed. We had a slight problem getting into the building initially, but help was available immediately and all sorted out in minutes. I was probably doing something wrong. "Nice, friendly staff. Rooms are quite comfortable. My bathroom had a nice tub and pretty spacey. Standard breakfast buffet ( eggs, sausages, ham and cheese, bread, and croissants and other sweet options). Location is great, on a small street 50 meters from Naviglio Grande. If you go by car, be advised you cannot drive all the way to the hotel entrance, as that street has restricted circulation inside a Limited traffic zone."

"This property is located beside the canal with lots of dining options nearby. The canal is full of nightlife, but the apartment is very quiet. There is an elevator for easy access. Everyone is extremely helpful. Although you cannot normally drive directly to the door, in the morning you can drive into the walk beside the canal and unload baggage. Taxi can also take you to the front door to load or unload luggage in the morning when traffic is light."

One evening shift guy was a bit rude and didn't understand English well but the staff on duty when checking in and out were super welcoming, helpful and kind. "We had a great stay at the Casale apartment! The unit is exactly as represented, clean and updated, safe and secure (and great A/C).
