"This was a great choice for a hotel in Vientiane. It’s tucked off a side street off a busy arterial and you immediately feel calm when entering the property. We arrived late at night and check in was quick and painless. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and was included in our booking. Better than any continental breakfast I’ve had in the states! "Very nice and clean with wonderful and helpful staff."

"The room I stayed in was clean. The bed is clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the only problem I have is that the restroom door doesn’t close all the way. Good thing it’s only me and my wife. The staffs are nice and professional."

"Staff were helpful. Hotel was not as nice as I would have thought for the cost."

"Everything was good with regards to the location and room and breakfast - however the hotel is rigid about giving drinking water and tea and coffee sachets - so one has to keep buying from outside , which can be troublesome at urgent hours"

"Very easy to walk to a couple monuments from the hotel. Rooms are lovely. Staff very helpful!"

"My stay at Intercity Hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and suitable for both business and leisure travel. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel’s location made it convenient to access , dining, and transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall hotel offers good value for money, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit."

"Great service, nice surroundings blending Kaotian furniture with modern, fantastic location!"
