"The hotel is in a fantastic spot — right on the lake and just steps from Como’s Cathedral and historic center. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a room with a beautiful lake view, which made the experience even more special. Parking is off-site at a nearby sister hotel, just a short walk away. It’s a bit inconvenient but manageable. The room was clean and comfortable, though starting to feel a bit dated and could use some renovation. Breakfast was included...

"Atendimento espetacular! Roxana e é especialmente o destaque mas toda equipe foi otima! Cafe da manha com uma vista incrivel do lago. Ficamos em um apto de 2 quartos e estava bem limpo. O hotel é antigo mas com bom estado de conservação. Precisa passar por uma modernização mas pelo atendimento certamente voltaremos e indicamos fortemente. Meu marido precisou de atendimento hospitalar no dia que iamos embora e nos disponibilizaram um late check out gentilmente. "
