"I booked two rooms for eight nights, and the staff made the whole experience incredible, they were all very warm, polite, and professional. Their consistency and sincerity easily take this 3-star property to a 5-star level. The people here really made our stay memorable. Food was top-notch, both à la carte and buffet breakfast 10/10. "I was Hotels hopping during my week long vacation in Bali (Kuta), staying 1 night or 2 at comparable budget Hotels and I would say this is one of the better ones, conveniently located downtown Kuta which is walkable to evrything from shops to restaurants, though not newest, room is presentable at a very affordable price."
