"Le personnel a été très aidant! Lit confortable"

"Managed apartments, not a hotel. Reception was closed very early so nobody to help. Breakfast was at cafe next door. Rooms were clean, large and great views."

"Property is a colonial style courtyard series of large rooms. There is no traditional Hotel Services and the Propert is extremely difficult to find. You MUST locate the #60 on a fenced property as there is No Signage and only a 1” x 3” hand written note of the name of Corte del Merlo. The external area is very dark and a little worn. Access is a secured entry that requires you to press a button. Eventually someone comes to the Iron Fence to let you into the property which is very pleasant....

"Our room is very spacious and well decorated like a palace. Breakfast was disappointing comparing to other hotels we stayed through out Sicily. We also had drinks at the roof top bar and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Both are fine. Parking was easy too."

"Hallway was really bad smell 🙁. Elevator is not working every day … We can not open windows b/c about close to neighbors. I think I requested street view … but was street view but wrong side . very dirty in front of the door ..Never comeback to that place .Thank you !!!"

"Zona comoda, camera pulita"

"Loved our stay at Ballarooms Experience. The B&B was in a very central position close to Ballaro market and was very comfortable- we even had a sauna in our room! Mariella served a lovely breakfast in her other B&B 5 minutes walk from where we were staying."

"Ho soggiornato nel B&B di Gabriele per un weekend con un’amica e ci siamo trovate molto bene! La stanza era pulita e la struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione, comoda per spostarsi. Gabriele è stato dal primo momento molto gentile e disponibile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura e ci tornerò sicuramente in futuro!"

"Our flight was delayed I was I formed that I missed check in hours and would be charged an additional fee for an evening check in. We stayed 4 nights, no clean towels, the shower drain overflowed and nobody ever around to call. There are no lights in the hallways or stairwell. We would walk in the pitch dark with the flashlights from our phones. Next to our room was a night club that the party went on all night. Just as you fall asleep the recycling truck comes by every morning and you are woken...
