"The young woman behind the desk when I checked into was untruthful and very aggressive twords me. On the Expedia site it's tells me to make sure that I call the hotel before I check in about my room, my accommodations and I did a couple of time's the morning before going to the hotel and check in to make sure that' the room that I booked had a walk in shower because it was a must for me, a deal breaker. The couple times that I called and spoke to the young lady about my room and if it had a walk in shower she said yes both time's over the phone on the morning of check-in.I got up to my room and began to unpack.I went to use the bathroom and noticed that it was a tub and no walk in. I called the front desk calmly and peacefully asking why did you tell me that my room had a walk in shower when it doesn't. The young lady denied ever saying that to me. She continued to be combative and very aggressive, saying that she never said that ( calling me the lier), she then said that I should gather all my things and that she would refund me the money and have me out of the hotel in 5 minutes.She was horrible not hospitable. I am deemed disabled by the SSI Administration. "
