"小学生の子どもと家族3人で滞在しました。 施設内はプールが充実していて、部屋から水着でプールに行って、食事してお酒も楽しめます。疲れたらすぐ部屋に戻ってひと休みできて良かったです。 朝食は和食、韓国、フィリピン、インド、コンチネンタルと種類が豊富で、3日間滞在しましたが飽きることなくいただけました。 台風が近づいて海のアクティビティがキャンセルになってしまいましたが、代わりにプールで1日遊べたので子どもは大満足でしたし、他の国の子どもたちに混ざって遊べる環境はいいなと思いました。 一歩ホテルの外に出るとローカルな雰囲気が味わえ、スーパーが近くにあるのでお土産やお水を買うのに便利でした。 ファミリーには良いホテルだと思います。"

"Bai Hotel är ett jättestort hotell; 668 rum. Störst i Visayan tror jag. Det märks vid de 6 hissarna, i frukostmatsalen - mycket folk överallt, alltid. Köa gäller ofta. Servicen är på topp. Mkt vänlig och serviceminded personal. Nära Park Mall till fots. Där finns supermarket o massa matställen inkl. Jollibee. 5 minuter Taxi för ~P75 till SM City, en dyrare kvalitets Mall. SM Seaside är större, modernare o mindre crowded, men det ligger mer än dubbelt så långt bort. Ca 190 Pesos...

"I was staying on the 17th floor when the earthquake struck..the hotel stood up very well and the staff were very professional and efficient..we were all rallied into the car park while engineers checked all safety on the building...the food is slso very good and the rooms are in good decor"

"Excellent service! The front desk staff is six star, quite good! I have spent my career in the Hospitality and Resort Industry, they were truly top notch. I would hire them in a second! The staff in the restaurant were also excellent, minus the kitchen team at lunch on Sunday Afternoon. The food, a cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries, inedible. The bread was so over microwaved you could not bite through it or cut it with a knife, the meat so dry it was almost jerky and the fries...
