"I'm sorry to say we were quite disappointed. When we arrived it was quite inferior to a hotel we had been staying at the night before (for which we paid less). We like "quaint" hotels, but this was old-feeling in the wrong ways. The common areas did not seem like the photos- instead, dark and worn. If I had paid less, it would not have been such an issue and would have felt more "fair," perhaps. We were so unhappy that we decided to leave one night early, accept the $ loss and stay elsewhere so...

"Good location, very friendly staffs, shuttle bus drivers are very helpful. Good breakfasts and good daily dinners menus. Nice balcony can watch Matthorn sunrise . Only a 3 minutes walk to the bridge for sunrise view. 5 minutes walk to Matthorn glacier paradise cable car station."

"European hotel rooms are small and typically not well air-conditioned. While this room was small, it used the space very well. And it had good AC, which was great during the heat wave. The manager and other staff were very friendly."
