"Our eight night stay was great! The room was clean and very accommodating. The two double beds provided plenty of room for two and were comfortable! Lots of windows with great views. Really important- the HVAC kept the room nice and cool during a balmy week in July! The staff was amazing! The hotel is centrally located with anything you’d need within a 2 minutes walk; Tully’s, Lawson, 7/11, Grocer, McD’s, and great food of all tastes with dine in and takeaway choices, shopping, and Nightlife...

"Perfect location for a good value stay in Tokyo. Absolutely everything within walking distance. However I was extremely disappointed that I was only notified on the day of my arrival that there was construction going on and that the breakfast service was not available. Otherwise an excellent stay."

"This hotel was definitely bang for your buck. Everything was standard cleanliness and amenities were pretty standard as well. The location was everything for this hotel. Directly next to a subway line, plenty of konbinis nearby, and pretty central to tokyo. Room was on the smaller scale, but for the location and price, well worth it."

"This is a business hotel, so certain amenities, like on-site gym and spa are not available. It is centrally located, clean and comfortable, so it satisfied my needs for this trip. Room and bathroom are small but this is to be expected, however, it’s still a very comfortable base in Shinjuku. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast selections. Just note that there are a number of Apa hotels within blocks of each other so, just be mindful of that when you arrive to make check in easier."

"My only complaint was the shuttle. The seats were way too short, especially those of average European height (I'm 6 feet tall). There was no air conditioning. Given the hotel's level of service, they could do a better job on the shuttle."
