"It’s not disclosed that this property is at the end of 1/4 mile of dirt/gravel road that is very washed out. Was fortunately in a truck and could navigate slowly, but would have been almost impossible in a car. This property is a functioning garden farm that has a very friendly cat prowling the back deck.
