"Very pleasant stay. The staff was excellent, very attentive, and gracious. The first room I was assigned was clean and well set, but the HVAC wasn't cooling. I waited sometime before reporting just to see if the unit just needed time to work. Nothing changed. I made the front desk aware of it and the attendant promptly assigned me to another room. Very nice! I still rate this place 5 stars because of how this situation was handled. Great value for the money! I would stay again."
