I had to leave early for an emergency, Hotels.com would not give me a credit for the night I didn't stay. With all the years I used your site figured you would at least give me a credit for the night if not a refund. moving forward will look to use the Hotel directly and not hotels.com

Crowne Plaza College Park - Washington DC by IHG
Bed is comfortable, the traffic is convenient , Receptionist is very friendly. We requested early check-in and was accepted. Would definitely recommend this to my friends. This place is excellent!
