"Room only had partial roll toilet paper and no refills for two people. Really? No hand soap for sink. Two towels. This hotel room definitely was bare bones."

"Great hotel. I was here for one week. The room is very comfortable. Has a sitting area. I love the kitchen area. We had a great view of the lagoon or the lake. Staff is very friendly. It’s in a great location (close to the airport) and just coming back to Miami and staying in a nice hotel like this just made my entire vacation even better. I will definitely be coming back here again next time I’m in Miami. Highly recommended"

"Night check in was not good. They charged me a deposit which was NOT returned the next day as promised. And they weren’t even apologetic about it. The shuttle stops serving at 9 pm, not 12pm. But! The day time shuttle driver was awesome and helpful and kind. And the pool was lovely."

The breakfast was overpriced, did not participate. The room was clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. Some of the soap dispensers in the bathroom were loose or coming apart off the wall. Walking distance for other restaurants and grocery store."

"The stay was okay. Staff was helpful and friendly. However there was mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, tub needs to be constructed or replaced due to stains. Other than that the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would stay again but definitely need to get those issues fixed."

"Constant noise. All night. Infrastructure falling apart. Ac worked and someone had made an effort to clean. Everything else was crap. Window shades bad, tv bad, fridge banged every 15 mins, outlets all broken, 1/2 crack around door. No inside lock. All in all worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Only didn’t leave at 2am cause I put on headphones. Let me be clear, I do not complain, this was 10x worse than you are thinking."

"Quick one night stay valet service is great. The room was comfortable but the shower wouldn’t turn off the morning we left so might need better up keeping."

"Amazing airport hotel. Would stay here even without closeness to airport and free shuttle to and from 24 /7. Great pool, patio and gym as well as dining options at a fabulous restaurant and bar. Huge rooms with modern decor even a raindrop shower. Comfy bed and living room area - even two TV's."
