"Excellent location and within walking distance to the waterfront where we were attending the Montreaux Jazz Festival Miami. Coconut Grove had so many shops and restaurants we never had to drive anywhere to find excellent dining and coffee shops. Check in was slow and they could have used more front desk staff. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely and just what we needed for our long weekend stay to celebrate our 40th anniversary."

"Comfortable but thin walls. The unit was as advertised. Comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen. The balcony was a nice feature. Building is very safe and well located. I would say that for noise sensitive persons like myself, I would recommend another property. The thin walls blocked very little noise from adjacent units. I was able to hear conversation clearly, little less music/TV. For some people this is not an issue, but for me it was unpleasant. I would also note that I find this thin wall phenomenon to be generally true for most Miami hotels."

"I cannot say enough amazing comments about the staff, the hotel, the rooms and amenities. Everyone was so helpful with coordination of an entire bridal event, room checkin accommodations, manging our luggage, valet parking, room service and housekeeping. Everyone was exceptional. The VP Suite was the perfect location for a large group to prepare for a wedding day. The amenities and space could not have been better. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"Checkin was easy and fast! Room was clean. That is the extent of pluses. The room was within 20 feet of a 6 lane highway and the entry door ( the only thing between us and the outside) was not weather stripped on the bottom so there was a place for noise to enter the room unimpeded! The AC unit was like a jet plane and wouldn't change speed! Thank god we brought good ear plugs! The toilet seat had no lid and there was no kleenex supplied in the room and only one washcloth! The shower was scalding hot and difficult to use! There was no phone in the room and Wifi was not available since the service was under repair! No dining facility of any kind on the premises! No microwave! No coffee maker! Staff was not available between 11pm and 8am! We made the best of it but, I would not recommend this place! When the staff was there we found them to be nice and amenable."
