"Rooms were ok- the hallwy"

"This place wants you to check in with a kiosk instead of the person behind the desk. The kiosk has you doing essentially a video call with someone at another location for check in. It is time consuming and the communication is bad. Very bad experience. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for."

"Building is old and there was a strong cigarette/vipe smell everywhere. Not a great experience."

"The rooms are not cleaned, there’s no one in the front desk after certain hours. The breakfast area was closed during the 7 to 10 am hours. Those hours are the operating hours. There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. There was a housemaid that vacuums the hallways. When asked the room’s cleaning. She indicated that they only provide towels and do not clean the rooms. Worst...

"Needs more handicap parking"

"I worked in a hospital as a housekeeper that received #1 on cleaning and sanitation by the state board. I was trained 😉 on cleaning by a professional who was in the business and directed our department for 30 years. These rooms are not cleaned! They get a 2 on cleaning. I saw an Indian lady, elderly, cleaning rooms with a towel on a stick. She used it in every single room on my floor. Bathrooms and living area, same towel mop!"

"They provided a ride to the concert which was less than an Uber. Room did have a slight odor, however, for one night it was okay."

"The room was not clean. The blankets had lipstick stains and they looked like they had not been changed in at least a week. My wife woke up with a piece of fake eyelashes stuck to her. The room smelled of cigarette smoke though it was marked as a non-smoking room. The bathroom was moldy. I was just too tired to complain about all the problems when I checked in at 11pm. The only good thing about the room is that we didn't get bedbug bites."

"Front desk staff was great. Housekeeping was not, the beds weren’t made and they left fewer towels than they took. We had three towels for four people."
