"Our room was cleaned daily and the staff were always willing to provide any extra towels needed. You can also use the Park Royal app to ask for guest room services, maintenance issues and order room service. The staff was very friendly around the entire resort. Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street.
