"Beautiful cottage in a fantastic, friendly village. It had everything we needed and was located close enough to the places we wanted to visit. Good local walks and a really nice pub over the road. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area."
"Einzigartig war das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Betten waren sehr gut und man hatte eine erholsame Nacht. Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kent."

3bed Maidstone Stay - Wifi, Parking, London Access
4/10 Poor
"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money.
Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that check-in was not until 3. I was aware when check-in was but wanted the information ahead of arrival.
When we arrived at 3.30 people were still present at the property.
The WiFi did not work for the entirety of our stay.
We booked for 5 people and only provided with 3 towels, one of which was still wet. There were no hand towels either.
There were no bin bags in the bins and we couldn't find any in the property. The instructions in the property were to take the rubbish out, which we did but was not easy due to the lack of bin bags.
