"Breakfast was great. The toilet overflowed in our room and the carpet got wet. I wish more had been done to dry that or maybe move us, but that was really the only issue. They addressed it quickly."

I did my part but was to much to pick up. room was clean fitness room was a bit under whelming elevator was pretty dirty, old compared to balance of facility And if I am going to be critical, hallways need updated carpeting With that said, i would stay there again."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past when traveling to Winston‑Salem, but it had been several years since my last visit. Unfortunately, my stay this past weekend was very disappointing. The service was not friendly, the property was dirty, and the breakfast was poor—to the point that it made me sick for the entire day. The price was far too high for the quality and condition of the hotel. Additionally, the green areas in the back were in very bad shape. Overall, the experience was nothing like what I remembered. I will not be staying here again."

"I loved everything about the hotel until I was trying to sleep and was awakened by dog barking. That really really angered me. I do love dogs but I do also believe there's a place for them and at a hotel. I think that there should be a floor dedicated to owners who have pets so I would have given a five-star but I can't because I was really angered and bothered that my sleep was broken and I couldn't go right back to sleep because of the barking dogs"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Had the extreme misfortune of staying here for a last minute trip to the furniture market. Receptionist woman didn’t have the absolute basic manners. Rude, disgusting and confrontational ghetto behavior. She angrily barked every word at everyone while offering zero help or support. Rooms are extremely dirty and smelly. One of the worst experiences of my life. You are better off sleeping in your car than stay here."
