"チェックインに難ありです。エントランスドアキーが無いとコンシェルジュデスクに行かれません。奥にいるコンシェルジュが気づくようにドアをノックするしかないと入ってから言われました。でも初めての場所である上に、中が良く見えないしハードル高いです。たまたま通りがかった方に聞いて一緒に入れてもらいましたがこれはとても不安にさせて、不親切なアクセスです。 それさえクリアすれば、その他に関しては問題なく、静かで広くて綺麗な施設でした。"

"Very good instructions to access the property prior to arrival. I arranged to drop luggage in advance of check in at a small cost. Great location just off Boston Common. My room was on the 2nd floor which I was grateful for as I didn’t need the elevator which was quite slow. The room was very good. Clean with a comfortable double bunk, fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, coffeemaker and plenty of hanging space. 2 shared bathrooms opposite seemed to serve just 4 rooms so I never had to wait....

"The apartment was conveniently located and with parking for our car. Our apartment was on the second floor and the folks below us complained about our small children waking them up early (sorry!). I also wish they didn’t wake up at 5:30 😮‍💨 The dishes were not clean and there were only 2 forks and 5 spoons. We did some cooking there but the apartment was clean other than the dishes, definitely left them better than we found it."

"My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Maverick Suites on Newbury. The room was clean, easy to access, and felt safe. It also has a full kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, and all other needs if you want to prepare your own meals at any point. We were on the first floor, so we heard a lot of noise from the street. For us, it wasn’t disruptive, and we were provided with earplugs just in case. The street is bustling, so the noise was to be expected. My only complaint was the low water...

"Great location and well looked after property. Only criticism I can give would be that the 2 flights of stairs up are fairly narrow and steep making getting a large bag up challenging (we left ours in the car)"
