"We stayed at EVEN Hotel with a large group, and overall had a good experience. The staff was outstanding,they were friendly, accommodating, and made sure our entire group was placed on the same floor, which we really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was finding a roach in our room, which was disappointing. Other than that, everything was clean, and the staff’s excellent customer service made our stay enjoyable."

"I was not pleased with these accommodations. There were a number of things that were problematic but the most troublesome was that there was a cockroach in our room. Guests should not have the anxiety of wondering if they're taking something home with them in suitcases, bags, etc. I notified the front desk and they sent an Exterminator to spray the room while we were there! Additionally, our room was cleaned only once out of a 4 day stay. I had to call housekeeping and request clean towels...

"The airport shuttle never arrived to take us to the airport after waiting 45 minutes. The guy told us to wait by the front and they would be there. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. We almost missed our flight. When I asked them what was going on, they couldn’t locate the shuttle."
