"Roy the manager went over and above to help us during the check in process. Let us check in early as our room was ready. We were upgraded to a deluxe double room. The room was clean and extremely spacious had floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and bathroom. So it felt light and airy. Lots of mod cons like a blue tooth radio and Nespresso coffee machine. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate and there was a bottle of milk and two bottles of water in the fridge. Lovely comfy bed and a great waterfall...

"Clean pleasant room that looked recently refurbished, with a kettle and microwave and a enough tea and coffee to survive a night and morning. A fridge and hairdryer was useful. Shower was good, stocked with shampoo and conditioner. Bathroom was clean. Otherwise it was basic but sufficient. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. "Check in procedure was a bit unusual for me, if I’m honest. It took a couple of phone calls, emails and having to download their app. That said straightforward once you understood it. Paid offsite parking is a block away. Wouldn’t have been ideal if I’d had a suitcase to lug around. Parking and accommodation on separate invoices. I had clocked it not a hotel, but serviced boutique apartments. Location is great. Good choice of eateries close by. All said, now that I know what to expect...

"Stayed here before and view is awesome but the apartment is showing signs of wear and tear, dirty grout in bathroom tiles , shower connector broken and you had shower option only not bath, shower head dripped all night, sink plug all corroded, no dishwasher , kettle full of limescale,bed sinks in the middle and awful. "

"Pet friendly, clean room, excellent shower, comfortable large bed. Walk across the path to a friendly, cosy pub. Property is a little tired in decor especially the net curtain & curtain rail Lighting not great in the bathroom but all great for a night’s stay"
