"Housekeeping never made the bed. The only reason I knew housekeeping came in was because my garbage was taken out. I even got nervous because who takes the garbage and not make the bed? The front office was very accommodating and professional. "

"Clean room, great staff, service was excellent, breakfast was good. Outdoor pool, self laundry facilities and computer room were available but we didn't use them."

"Everything was great! My daughter and granddaughter were with me. We had a king bed and sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper wasn’t very comfortable but we layered a few blankets and it was fine. But the room itself had a vanity with a sink outside the bathroom as well as in the bathroom so it was great for 3 women."

"The property is initially nice but once you actually get your room, the room maintenance was something to be desired and the bed was made backwards where the comforter was on first and then the sheet was on top. There were no towels in the room and they were hesitant to give a full standard towel compliment. Tge breakfast was advertised as a hot breakfast. I don’t count a waffle as a hot breakfast. Coffee was limited. There was no tea. It’s not at all what is advertised online or in pictures "

"The address given does not take you to the property. I ended up in an abandonded donut store parking lot and it said I had arrived. It took 3 tries before I finally figured out where to go and an extra 20 minutes. "

"Room was nasty! Mold and bed bug stains all on the sheets, floors were stained and the other residents were doing illegal things right next door to the room we were suppose to be in with our 2 year old!!!!! Nope don't book here!"
