"It’s was the most comfortable and relaxing stay! "

"The place is clean. But it’s definitely a different vibe than the pictures. Staff wasn’t rude but didn’t go out of their way to help me or anything. Stayed on my own and had to park car and bring luggage around by myself. And then had the security guard joke that the buckingham wing my room was in is the haunted section…. I know the hotel has a reputation of being haunted but to tell a girl that’s obviously by herself? I was too freaked out to sleep the entire first night I stayed."

"If you visit on St. Patrick's Day weekend you have a perfect view of the Chicago River being dyed from the hotel if you get a "river view" room. You are directly across the street if you want to watch the river being dyed from the riverwalk. You are about 4 blocks from viewing the parade."

"Hotel was clean, up to date, afforable when compared to other hotels in the area and conveniently located. These are the best parts of this Hilton nother else really sticks out about it. There is a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel and a bakery at the corner of the same block if youre in town for a quick visit or business I would recommend it, if you plan id for leisure then go with the other Hilton."

"The room was great, clean and very confortable. Did not have valet parking like it says in website or at least there wasnt anyone at the moment i arrived at the hotel. The website does not show price of parking and found out that was $79 per night, a little to much for not been valet."
